TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases and use of the online store operated at www.natalionnis.ee ("Store") by Õnnis Design OÜ ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the Republic of Estonia.
By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

3. Products
We sell fashion items including ready-to-wear garments and made-to-order pieces. Product descriptions, materials, and available sizes are listed on the individual product pages.
All prices are shown in Euros (EUR) and include Estonian VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price valid at the time of your order confirmation applies to your purchase.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
4. Orders
An order is placed by adding items to the cart and completing the checkout process. You will receive an automated order confirmation e-mail. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. You will be notified promptly and any payment refunded in full.
5. Made-to-Order (Tailored) Items
Some products are made to order, in other words tailored, and will be labelled as such. Production and delivery times for made-to-order items are longer than for ready-to-wear items that are stated on the product page. By ordering a made-to-order item you acknowledge this extended timeline.
Because made-to-order items are produced specifically for you, they are excluded from the standard right of withdrawal (see Section 8).
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g. card payments, bank transfer). Payment is collected at the time of order placement.
All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
7. Delivery
We ship to Estonia and to other European Union member states, unless shipping is temporarily unavailable, in which case, the pickup from store option can be selected. Shipping options and fees are shown at checkout before payment.

These are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please document it and contact us immediately.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Under the Estonian Law of Obligations Act and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, if you are a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, for most items.
To exercise this right, inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires, by a clear statement sent by e-mail to natali@natalionnis.ee. We will confirm receipt of your notice without undue delay.
After notifying us, return the item(s) in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached within 14 days of sending your withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are borne by you unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
Refunds — including the original standard delivery charge — will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method as your original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earlier.
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exceptions — the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to: (a) made-to-order (tailored) or personalised items produced to your specifications or clearly customised for you; and (b) items that have been worn, washed, or are otherwise no longer in their original condition.
9. Defective Goods and Warranty
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at natali@natalionnis.ee within a reasonable time (we recommend within 2 months of discovery). Under Estonian law, goods must conform to the contract for 2 years from delivery.
We will, at our choice, repair, replace, or refund defective goods. Return shipping for confirmed defective goods is covered by us.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including photographs, designs, text, and the Natali Õnnis brand — is the intellectual property of Õnnis Design OÜ or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
11. Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://natalionnis.ee/policies/privacy-policy, which explains the data we collect, our service providers (including Shopify), and your rights under the GDPR.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are liable to you in accordance with the law of the Republic of Estonia, including the Law of Obligations Act.
For losses that are not subject to mandatory liability under applicable law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Store or any purchase is limited to the price paid for the relevant order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profit or opportunity) that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. In particular, nothing here affects: (a) your mandatory rights as a consumer, including your right of withdrawal and our liability for goods that do not conform to the contract (see Sections 8 and 9); (b) our liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence; or (c) our liability for harm to a person's life, body, or health.
Where you act as a consumer, these Terms do not affect any mandatory statutory rights that cannot be derogated from by agreement.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any purchase are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Where you act as a consumer resident in another EU member state, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
Any dispute should first be submitted to us at natali@natalionnis.ee so we can try to resolve it amicably. If we cannot reach a solution, you may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon), which operates under the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet) — see ttja.ee. You may also bring the dispute before the competent courts of Estonia.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at https://natalionnis.ee/policies/terms-of-service. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Store after changes constitutes acceptance.
